Job Description
This role serves as a key point of contact for customers, managing quotes, order entry, delivery updates, and technical support while ensuring a high level of service and accuracy throughout the sales process. The position partners closely with the outside sales team, maintains detailed documentation, resolves customer issues in a collaborative environment, and contributes to departmental goals through strong communication, attention to detail, and a customer focused approach.
JobFunctions and Responsibilities
- Handles customer requests including quotes, orders, follow-up and delivery information.
- Provides customer service support, including providing technical information and explanations to customers.
- Fill orders by transferring orders to fulfillment; communicating expected delivery date; explaining stock-outs.
- Meet established order entry goals.
- Supports members of the outside sales team in daily activities.
- Works well in a team environment to solve customer issues.
- Communicates issues and problems with management in a timely manner.

Qualifications- 2 years of manufacturing sales support or manufacturing customer service
- Experience in past role managing Product Knowledge
- Microsoft Office Suite
- Order Entry
This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Milwaukee, WI.
Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $28.00 - $28.00/hr.
