Customer Service Team Lead

National Business Furniture is seeking a Customer Service Team Lead to guide a frontline support team in our retail office furniture business. In this role, you will supervise daily customer service operations, provide coaching and performance feedback, and handle escalated customer issues. You will ensure timely, accurate responses across phone, email, and online channels while maintaining service standards and KPIs.

Partner with sales, logistics, and operations to resolve complex order, delivery, and product questions. Support process improvements, train new hires, and help promote our collaborative, customer-focused culture and commitment to quality.
