Ticket Reservationist JOB DESCRIPTION
(Seasonal April - October)
Job DescriptionThe reservationist position is responsible for answering customer questions and taking reservations for the cruises over the phone and in person as well as monitoring online reservations. As the first point of contact with our customers, all reservationists must maintain a friendly and helpful demeanor. Reservationists are responsible for communicating the passenger count and seating charts to the service staff aboard the vessels.
When customers arrive for their cruises, reservationists check-in customers, give them their tickets, and direct them to the boarding area on the riverwalk.
- Answering the telephone and helping customers make reservations online or taking their reservation over the phone.
