Position SummaryWe are searching for an Customer Service Assistant to assist customers with parking-related inquiries and support on-site operations in Milwaukee. This role is ideal for individuals who enjoy helping people and working in a team environment.
Key Responsibilities- Assist customers with parking questions and general support.
- Provide directions and information about parking services.
- Handle basic customer concerns in a professional manner.
- Support on-site staff with communication and coordination.
