Customer Service Sales Representative

Our client is seeking a Customer Service Sales Representative to join their team. As a Customer Service Sales Representative, you will be part of the Customer Support Department supporting sales and customer service functions. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a proactive attitude, and strong problem-solving abilities, which will align successfully in the organization.

** What's the Job?*
* + Handle inbound calls from prospective enrollees for dental insurance products.

+ Ask questions to understand customer needs and recommend suitable product options.

+ Explain plan costs, benefits, and guide customers through application processes.

+ Complete new applications, assist with payment options, and refer to additional resources if needed.

+ Respond to inquiries from existing customers regarding eligibility, benefits, claims, and billing issues, ensuring customer satisfaction and retention.

** What's Needed?*
* + Active Life and Health Insurance License from any of the 50 states.

+ Proven sales experience, not limited to customer service roles.

+ Ability to take and pass the Windows 11 assessment test.

+ Own a compatible computer with Windows 11, at least 16 GB RAM, and a reliable internet connection of 300 Mbps or higher.

+ Strong communication, organizational, and multitasking skills.
