Group Service Specialist

• Support Travel Advisors through phone calls, chats, and case management while they book or modify group reservations
• Respond to questions and requests
• Manage inventory additions and releases
• Process reservation modifications
• Support finalization activities
• Serve as a key point of contact for Travel Advisors, suppliers, and internal teams
• Collaborate within a POD structure to support shared goals and productivity
• Take ownership of assigned cases and tasks
• Proactively drive resolutions
• Ensure seamless service delivery and exceptional customer experiences

• 2+ years of customer service experience
• High School Diploma/equivalent required
• Previous travel industry experience preferred
• Detail-oriented
• Strong technical proficiency
• Passion for assisting customers
• Solid understanding of group travel operations and processes
• Excellent customer service, communication, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to take ownership of assigned cases and tasks
• Ability to complete work accurately and within established service standards
• Must pass pre-employment background checks
