UMOS is seeking a WHEAP Intake Specialist to provide efficient intake services by phone, in person, or by mail to determine program eligibility. You will enter applications timely and accurately into the WHEAP system and assist clients with appointments and information.
The role requires strong interpersonal skills, the ability to work independently, and bilingual English/Spanish abilities (other languages preferred). Applicants travel within Wisconsin as needed and must pass background checks.
