Front Desk Receptionist

Pawfect Shine is looking for a friendly and organized Front Desk Receptionist to join our pet grooming team in Milwaukee. This is an on-site position for someone who enjoys working with pet owners, providing excellent customer service, and helping keep daily salon operations organized.

• Welcome clients and their pets in a friendly and professional manner
• Check pets in and out for scheduled grooming appointments
• Schedule and confirm grooming appointments
• Receive payments and provide customers with receipts
• Help maintain an organized and welcoming reception area
• Assist with basic daily salon organization and customer service tasks
• Follow company procedures for pet safety, customer service, and salon operations

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
• Friendly, professional, and dependable personality
• Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills
• Organized and able to manage multiple customer requests
• Comfortable interacting with dogs and their owners
• Ability to remain calm and professional in a busy environment

• Pay: $18–$25 per hour
