Extension is seeking a Customer Service Representative for a CONTRACT TO HIRE opportunity with one of our clients located in Milwaukee, WI.
About Our Client- Leader in the industry!
- Close knit and collaborative team
- Receive and enter customer freight orders accurately and timely.
- Review load information to ensure customer requirements, pickup and delivery information, product information, and other required shipment details are complete and accurate.
- Communicate directly with customers regarding load requirements, scheduling, shipment status, service issues, and changes.
- Accept and solicit freight from existing customers as appropriate.
- Maintain and update customer information and shipment requirements within Company systems.
Skills & Qualifications
- Manage multiple customer orders simultaneously
- 1+ year of Customer Service experience
- Pay or salary range -- Up to $24/hr
