Call/Scheduling Center Representative, Full-time Day Shift

Community Care is hiring a full-time Call/Scheduling Center Representative for our Call Center Team. This is a full-time opportunity at our Vliet location.

• Receives and routes general telephone calls to appropriate departments or staff.
• Triages calls related to inquiries and complaints; routes or escalates as appropriate.
• Assists with projects and provides administrative support.
• Assists with day to day pool staffing scheduling.

• Education:
  
  High School Diploma or GED required.
• Experience:
  
  A minimum of 1 year customer experience.

• Monday - Friday, 7:30 AM - 4:00 PM, 40 hours
