Dental Hygienist – Forward Dental, Glendale, Wisconsin 53217

Location: Forward Dental – Glendale, 7040 N Port Washington Rd., Suite 414, Glendale, WI 53217

Position: Full‑time Dental Hygienist (minimum 30 hours)

Pay: Bi‑weekly hourly pay; option for daily pay; daily + quarterly bonuses; $10,000 Welcome Bonus.

• Current dental hygienist license in Wisconsin and an Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in dental hygiene (where required).
• Excellent working knowledge of dentistry, dental hygiene procedures, dental patient screening and medical history documentation.
• CPR Certification.

• Experience using Velscope, Diagnodent, digital scanner, digital x-rays and electronic medical record systems.
• Desire to continue learning and grow clinical skills to meet patient needs and provide preventative care.
• Clinical needs as required by office.

• Ability to perform essential duties, lift up to 45 pounds, sit/stand, attend training sessions.
• Required TB test for new hires; accommodations for disabilities available.
