Our patient-centric organization is seeking a dedicated and experienced Registered Dental Hygienist to join our team in Milwaukee, WI . You will be an essential part of our integrated care model, focusing on delivering excellence in patient care and contributing to a supportive, inter-disciplinary environment. This is a fully onsite position with standard hours of Monday through Friday, 8am – 5pm.
Key Responsibilities Include:- Provide dental prophylaxis (cleanings) and scaling and root planning.
- Offer comprehensive preventive instruction to patients.
- Establish and oversee patient recall adherence and appointing.
- Document initial periodontal conditions and monitor them at recall appointments.
- Report suspected pathologies to the supervising dentist.
- Manage supply inventory and complete prior authorizations for periodontal services.
- Compile data for reports as assigned and attend periodic continuing education seminars.

Pay Rate: $39/hour - $49/hour (depending on experience).
Retirement: 401(k) with a dollar-for-dollar match up to 5% of annual contributions, effective after 90 days of employment.

- Current Registered Dental Hygienist License (R.D.H.) in the State of Wisconsin.
- Current CPR Certification .
- Ability to work with a diverse patient population.
- 2+ years of experience.
- Certified in Administration of Local Anesthetic (in accordance with respective State guidelines).
- Working knowledge of Spanish language (bilingual).
