Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive orthodontic evaluations and treatment planning for pediatric, teen, and adult patients
• Place, adjust, and remove braces, bands, wires, and clear aligner systems
• Interpret cephalometric radiographs, panoramic images, and digital scans to guide treatment
• Monitor growth and treatment progress, adjusting plans as needed for optimal outcomes
• Collaborate with general dentists and dental specialists on interdisciplinary treatment plans
• Educate patients and parents on oral hygiene, appliance care, and treatment expectations
• Maintain accurate, timely documentation within the electronic health record system
• Adhere to infection control, sterilization, and safety protocols in all clinical procedures
• Participate in continuing education, mentorship, and quality improvement initiatives
