The Staff Pad is seeking an experienced, patient-centered Anesthesiologist to join a dedicated surgical team at a highly respected Ambulatory Surgery Center in Milwaukee, WI. This role focuses on providing safe, high-quality general anesthesia care for pediatric and special needs patients undergoing dentistry, oral surgery, and comprehensive dental care. The Anesthesiologist will play a crucial role in ensuring excellent patient outcomes within a collaborative ASC environment.

Responsibilities

  • Provide safe, high-quality general anesthesia care for pediatric and special needs patients
  • Partner with dentists, nurses, dental assistants, and surgical staff to ensure excellent patient care
  • Manage anesthesia care for approximately seven pediatric patients per OR day
  • Prioritize patient safety, comfort, and positive outcomes in a fast-paced ASC environment

Shift & Schedule

  • Part-Time (1-2 days per week)
  • No Call
  • No Weekends or Holidays

Requirements

  • Experience providing anesthesia care to pediatric patients
  • Active, appropriate state Anesthesiologist licensure
  • Current BLS and AHA PALS certification
  • PALS required within 6 months of hire
  • National Board Certification strongly preferred
  • Comfortable practicing in Anesthesia Care Team and independent practice models
  • Strong clinical judgment and decision-making skills
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and collaboration skills
  • Ability to adapt to varying patient needs and surgical environments
  • Strong work ethic, professionalism, and positive attitude
