We’re looking for an experienced Project Coordinator with 4–10 years in the industry to join our team. In this role, you'll be involved in creating detailed architectural drawings and construction documents across a variety of projects. You'll work closely with architects and designers in an environment that supports continuous learning, mentorship, and professional development. We expect you to communicate with contractors/clients and help keep the drawings at a high level of quality and on schedule.
WhatYou’ll Do
- Produce high-quality architectural drawings and construction documents using Revit.
- Collaborate closely with project teams to ensure drawings reflect the design vision and meet technical requirements.
- Participate in team reviews, contributing to design discussions and problem-solving.
- Assist in field verification and updates during construction phases.
- Assist with compliance with applicable building codes and firm drafting standards.
- Help train and mentor junior drafters as needed.
- 4–10 years of architectural drafting experience.
- Strong proficiency in Revit (Enscape is a plus).
- Solid understanding of construction methods, detailing, and documentation standards.
- Experience working on a variety of project types (residential, commercial, etc.).
- Ability to work independently and communicate effectively with project teams.
