Project Architect and Architectural Intern

• At a minimum, candidates must have a Bachelor of Science in Architectural Studies or a Bachelor of Architecture degree.
  
  A master's degree in architecture is preferred.
• A minimum of 5 years of experience is required.
• An architectural license is preferred but not required.
• Proficiency in Revit and AutoCAD is desirable.
• The candidate must be highly motivated with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  
  Knowledge of commercial, educational, and municipal buildings is a must.

• Oversight of production of design and construction documents.
• Product research and engineering consultant coordination.
• Experience providing construction administration services is required.

• This position is full-time if the candidate has already graduated or part-time if currently still working towards a degree.
• The candidate must be self-motivated, responsible, and committed to pursuing a career in architecture.

• Design, drafting, product research, field verification, and documentation of existing buildings and, in general, supporting our architects and project managers.
• Salary is negotiable, commensurate with the skill level of the individual.
