Job Title
Hybrid near Minneapolis, MN or Milwaukee, WI Pay rate: $29-37/hr depending on experience
Role ResponsibilitiesDevelop detailed technical drawings and construction plans based on project specifications and requirements.
Collaborate with engineers, architects, and other professionals to understand project goals and objectives and ensure seamless integration of design elements into overall project plans.
Create 2D and 3D models for land development infrastructure such as site layout, grading, roadways, and utilities.
Review and modify drawings to correct errors and ensure compliance with regulations and quality standards.
Maintain organized files and documentation to support in the editing and development of AutoCAD blocks, details, and CAD templates for use in drawings.
RequirementsAssociate or bachelor's degree related to C3D drawing production or similar. Other drafting qualifications/certifications will be considered.
2+ years of AutoCAD Civil 3D software design and drafting experience.
Proficiency in the AutoCAD Civil3D software.
An understanding of site development design concepts including earthwork, site grading, utility design, etc.
Ability to read and translate civil site plans and survey drawings.
Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
Ability to work independently and within a team environment.
