Drafter
This position involves working with AutoCAD to create construction documents for both existing and new store projects. The role also requires the use of MS Excel for logging plans. The drafter will be part of a collaborative team of six, under the guidance of a manager who works remotely. On-site management and direction will always be available.
Responsibilities- Create construction documents using AutoCAD for new and existing store projects.
- Log plans and manage data using MS Excel.
- Collaborate effectively within a team of six under remote managerial supervision.
- Ensure adherence to project timelines and quality standards.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD and drafting techniques.
- Experience or education in interior architecture and design.
- Strong communication skills for effective team collaboration.
Skills & Qualifications
- An Associate's or Bachelor's degree in drafting, architecture, or interior design.
- Preferred:
At least 6 months of drafting experience through school or internship. - Ability to demonstrate AutoCAD skills.
This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Milwaukee, WI.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $35000.00 - $50000.00/hr individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
