Miller Marriott Architecture Design Build is seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Architectural Drafter to join our growing team. This role is essential in supporting our architectural and interior design teams through accurate, efficient, and high-quality drafting that aligns with Miller Marriott’s standards and processes. The ideal candidate will be proficient in Revit, have a strong background in residential construction documentation, and be able to manage multiple projects with precision and accountability.

• Draft and update plans in Revit in accordance with Miller Marriott (MM) standards.
• Produce Construction Document (CD) sets and coordinate all related spec book updates to ensure accuracy and completion.
• Adhere to and uphold MM’s Quality Checklist and Drafting Standards throughout the drawing process.
• Provide drafting support to Interior Designers during Phase 2, ensuring alignment with design intent and project timelines.
• Assist in the creation and coordination of Preliminary and Final Spec Books.
• Support the Change Order process by implementing plan revisions and maintaining accurate documentation.
• Offer permitting back-up support when needed, ensuring required documents are accurate and complete.
• Demonstrate strong process knowledge and compliance, contributing to continuous improvement initiatives.
• Track project progress within MM systems to ensure deadlines are met and communication remains clear across departments.
• Troubleshoot and provide problem-solving support for drafting-related challenges.

• Proficiency in Revit and Enscape is required; working knowledge of AutoCAD is preferred.
• 2+ years of construction drafting experience required; experience in residential home design a plus.
• Strong understanding of construction methods, building codes, and documentation processes.
• Excellent attention to detail and commitment to quality and accuracy.
• Ability to manage multiple projects, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills; comfortable working cross-functionally with architects, designers, and project managers.
