  Inpatient, Outpatient, Call
• Types of Cases:
  Gynecological Oncology
• Credentialing Timeframe: 60-90 days
• Electronic Medical Record (EMR):
  Epic
• Certifications
  
  Required:
  
  Basic Life Support (BLS) through American Heart Association, Drug Enforcement Administration (DEA)
• Licensure
  
  Required:
  
  Board Certified;
  Active Wisconsin State license.
