Job Duties:This is a remote, regional position that is required to reside in the Milwaukee, WI metro area
. Develops and implements recruitment plans, organizes events, recruits and trains staff and volunteers, evaluates admissions applications, and represents the institution to prospective graduate program students with a goal of attracting, admitting, and enrolling a talented, diverse student body. This position will also recruit prospective first year students in the southeastern part of the state.

- Identifies, promotes, and maintains internal and external partnerships focusing on outreach, recruitment, and admission
- Counsels prospective and admitted graduate students on educational planning and career opportunities
- Creates targeted communication plans and materials based on established goals

- Counsels prospective and admitted graduate students on educational planning and career opportunities.
- Reviews, evaluates, and responds to student applications for admission to a graduate program according to established policies and procedures.
- Identifies opportunities for and develops admissions and outreach events.
- Schedules logistics and secures resources for events to promote the Institution.
- Evaluates program effectiveness and provides recommendations for improvement.
- Creates targeted communication plans and materials based on established goals.
- Delivers directed admissions program messaging to internal and external audiences.
- Identifies, promotes, and maintains internal and external partnerships focusing on outreach, recruitment, and admission.
- Serves as the main point of contact for prospective students and their families regarding admission requirements, information on academic programs, financial aid, and the overall admissions process.
- Assists in the development of a recruitment plan and goals for their individual territory that integrates with the overall recruitment plan of the university.
- Independently execute semester-based travel plans consisting of pre-scheduled education fairs, college and high school visits, presentations, and financial aid nights while balancing application and inquiry follow-up/outreach.
- Respond to and initiate contact with prospective students through written, phone, email and in-person; meet with visiting students and their families; track all prospective student contact in Customer Relationship Management (CRM) database.
- Collaborate and work closely with other admissions counselors to ensure a productive team environment.
- Join and participate in regional admission school counselor association events to build solid working relationships.
- Assist in the development and delivery of off-site events and programs, and virtual programs.
- Assist with meeting enrollment, recruitment and student service objectives of the university by performing other essential duties and responsibilities as assigned.
- Assists with undergraduate online programs and undergraduate regional recruitment events.
- Complete required trainings and professional development as assigned.
- Other duties as assigned.
- Ability to work effectively with college, K-12 and community partners, prospective students and their families, transfer students, and online students.
