Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Teacher at Milwaukee College Prep School, located in Milwaukee, WI. The Teacher will be responsible for planning and delivering engaging and standards-based lessons, assessing student performance, and providing individualized support to help students succeed. Collaborating with colleagues and staff, the Teacher will create a positive and inclusive learning environment, ensure student progress, and foster strong communication with parents and guardians to support student success.

Participation in school community activities and ongoing professional development is also expected.

Qualifications
  • Proficiency in Lesson Planning and designing effective educational activities
  • Strong skills in Teaching and Education, with a commitment to meeting diverse student needs
  • Excellent Communication abilities, including interaction with students, colleagues, and families
  • Experience in Training and mentoring students to achieve academic excellence
  • Bachelor's degree in Education or related field; teaching certification preferred
  • Passion for fostering both academic and character development in students
  • Ability to thrive in a collaborative and dynamic school environment
