This is a full-time on-site teaching role located in Milwaukee, WI. The Teacher will develop and deliver rigorous and engaging lesson plans that align with the school’s curriculum goals. Daily responsibilities include managing a productive classroom environment, assessing student proficiency, providing constructive feedback, and collaborating with fellow educators and administrators. The Teacher will also cultivate a culture of respect and high expectations while supporting students' academic and personal growth.

• Experience in Lesson Planning, Curriculum Development, and Instructional Strategies
• Knowledge of Classroom Management, Student Assessment, and Data-Driven Instruction
• Strong Communication, Problem-Solving, and Interpersonal Skills
• Commitment to fostering an inclusive and supportive educational environment
• Bachelor’s degree in Education or a related field required; teaching certification preferred
• Previous teaching experience, especially in urban education, is a plus
