Dr. Howard Fuller Collegiate Academy is seeking a visionary Dean of Instruction (DOI) to lead a culturally responsive academic program. The DOI will work closely with the Principal and leadership team to advance rigorous curriculum, instructional coaching, and data-informed practices to enhance student achievement.
The ideal candidate will possess a deep commitment to educational equity, have a strong background in teaching and instructional leadership, and hold relevant degrees and licensure.
