MR Clinical Education Specialist; Northeast​/Midwest

The Siemens Healthineers Education and Workforce Solutions organization provides onsite technical training for the Siemens MRI platform at customers' medical facilities. In this role you will facilitate onsite and virtual education on Siemens MR Imaging systems and components to deliver expert training, customer excellence, and professional representation of Siemens Healthineers.

• Deliver onsite and virtual education to customers covering Siemens imaging systems, software features, functionalities and workflows.
• Facilitate the design and development of onsite and virtual education for both internal and external Siemens partners.
• Evaluate customers' education needs and create training plans, materials, tutorials, instructions and learning resources focused on onsite and virtual modules.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of the latest tools and resources to improve training and performance.
• Support Coach accounts as needed.
• Select and prioritize modality content development in alignment with the Education Development Specialist.
• Develop virtual education for customers and employees.
• Communicate with the virtual delivery team and Education Development Specialist on training material development.
• Participate in meetings, seminars and training sessions to gather information for future training programs.
• Create training content for the training website and e‑learning tools.
• Follow branding and formatting guidelines for content development.
• Collaborate with other trainers, managers, and leadership to align training sessions with business needs.

• Detailed knowledge of the latest Siemens imaging systems and applications.
• Proficient computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite and instructional software.
• Strong organizational skills, establishing and meeting timelines and schedules.
• Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time efficiently.
• Analytical problem‑solving and strategic solution development.
• Basic knowledge of networking and hospital workflow.

• BS/BA in a related discipline; advanced degree preferred or graduation from a certified Radiologic Technology program.
• ARRT Registered in MR clinical modality required.
• Typically 5+ years of successful experience in the related field, demonstrating Key Responsibilities and Knowledge.
• MR cardiac and/or advanced neuro experience – highly preferred.
• Teaching experience – preferred.
• Required travel 90‑95%.

Candidate may reside in the Northeast, Midwest, or Central zones preferred. Southeast and West zone candidates will be considered.

$89,220 - $122,672

Factors which may affect starting pay within this range include geography/market, skills, education, experience, and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
