• Plan and teach weekly classes
• Evaluate student learning using appropriate assessment methods and the College of Education program evaluation system
• Maintain and submit accurate and current records concerning student accountability, attendance, and performance
• Maintain a student-oriented approach to education
• Provide opportunities for individual consultation and feedback for students in the course
• Provide frequent communication with students on their progress in the course
• Uphold professional and ethical standards and adhere to university policies and procedures

• A Master's degree (preferred) or substantial progress toward a terminal degree
• PhD highly preferred or a Master's degree with substantial experience in higher education
• Excellent oral and written communication and proficiency
• Knowledge of research methods and educational contexts
