As a Fellow Teacher, you will partner with lead teachers and school administration to design, deliver, and evaluate engaging, academically rigorous lessons. You will serve as the school‑level substitute, provide small‑group support, and actively contribute to the holistic development of students in a faith‑based setting.

• Work with lead teachers to develop, plan, and prepare lessons aligned to the curriculum.
• Teach, rere‑teach, and provide small‑group instruction across a variety of academic subjects as needed.
• Serve as the school‑level substitute, covering daily absences, extended absences, and occasional staff leave.
• Integrate Biblical truth with instructional content and student activities.
• Attend bi‑weekly meetings with instructional coaches and administrators to receive feedback and implement improvements.
• Use student performance data to modify both whole‑class and small‑group instruction.
• Support classroom interventions, acceleration periods, and coordinate with instructional aides and volunteer leaders.
• Build trusting relationships with students, modeling compassion and integrity.
• Communicate proactively with students, families, and colleagues, providing frequent updates on student progress and classroom initiatives.
• Assist with arrival, lunch, recess, and dismissal duties as needed.
• Complete additional tasks as directed by school leadership.

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Active participation in a Christian church.
• Effective oral and written communication skills.

• Excellent interpersonal and organizational abilities.
• Ability to differentiate instruction for diverse skill levels.
• Highest level of integrity, living the school’s faith‑based standards.
