University of Wisconsin–Milwaukee is seeking a Student Affairs Retention Specialist. The role aims to improve retention, persistence, and completion rates through strategic guidance, early alert systems, and coordinated academic support.
The position is 100% on‑campus in Milwaukee, WI, with two shift options: 12 pm–8 pm or 1 pm–9 pm.
Required:
a bachelor’s degree in Education, Social Work, Higher Education, or related field, plus at least two years in a college setting supporting students.
