The Institute of Beauty and Wellness seeks an Esthiology Instructor to train, educate, and develop the next generation of professionals at our Milwaukee campus. • Teach core curriculum, including theory and hands‑on facials, waxing, body treatments, makeup application, chemical peels, microdermabrasion and advanced services.
• Coach and provide feedback for further growth and development.
• Inspire professionalism and a strong work ethic, as is required in the service industry.
• Prepare students for state license exams and placement.
• Implement company systems and standards.
• Learn Aveda and Ultraceuticals products and services and then train students on the products and protocols.

• Experience as a practicing professional and experience in advanced services such as peels, dermaplaning, microdermabrasion, lashes, etc.
• Teaching, training, or leadership experience
• Appreciation of the Beauty and Wellness Industries

* This would be a substitute position to support our team on an as‑needed / on‑call basis. This position is ideal for individuals with flexible availability, as scheduling will vary based on team coverage needs (e.g., vacations, leaves, or last‑minute call‑outs).
