Reports to: Principal - St. Roman
Employment Classification: Full-time

Responsibilities- Create a safe, organized, and engaging classroom environment.
- Provide instruction in social studies and religion aligned with grade-level standards.
- Use data to drive instructional decisions and monitor student progress.
- Participate in ongoing professional development and engage in coaching with principals and instructional coaches.

- Strong understanding of age-appropriate instructional best practices and assessment systems.
- Ability to build relationships, collaborate, and cultivate a strong school culture with all staff.
- Willingness to take personal responsibility for professional results and seek feedback.
- Self-directed with initiative and a growth mindset.
- Bachelor’s degree or higher.
- Classroom teaching experience.
- State teaching license.
