As a Cosmetology Instructor, You'll- Teach and coach future beauty professionals in both classroom and clinic settings
- Demonstrate cutting, color, styling, texture, and guest service techniques
- Mentor students as they build confidence and technical skills
Create a fun, engaging, and motivating learning environment - Celebrate student wins while helping them overcome challenges
- Support students from their first day through graduation
- Work alongside an amazing leadership team that's passionate about education and culture
- Current Wisconsin Cosmetology License
- Positive attitude and strong communication skills
- Passion for education, mentorship, and lifelong learning
- Team player who enjoys building relationships
- Reliable, motivated, and excited to make a difference every day
