Are you an experienced Early Childhood Educator who is passionate about creating safe, engaging, and meaningful learning experiences for young children?

A Joyful Noise Childcare Center is seeking qualified Lead Teachers who are ready to bring strong leadership, professionalism, creativity, and a genuine love for children into the classroom.

We are looking for educators who understand that early childhood education is more than supervision — it is about creating an environment where children can learn, explore, build confidence, and thrive.

Ideal candidates should have:

• A Wisconsin Registry Level 12 or higher
• College credits in Early Childhood Education or a degree in Early Childhood Education or a related field
• Experience creating and implementing developmentally appropriate lesson plans
• A strong understanding of hands-on learning and classroom engagement
• Knowledge of child safety, supervision, and positive guidance practices
• Familiarity with Wisconsin childcare licensing requirements
• An understanding of accreditation standards and high-quality early childhood practices
• Strong communication, organization, and classroom leadership skills
• A professional attitude and a commitment to continued growth
