Telecommunication Tower Foreman – Level
2. This position requires the employee to start within 60 to 120 days at either Cottage Grove, WI or Albuquerque, NM. The role involves extensive travel across the United States, typically 2–3 weeks in the field at a time, with travel time paid as part of the base compensation. Employees are expected to work weekends and night shifts when required.

Hourly wage $30.00–$40.00 per hour ($65,000–$95,000 annually). In addition, the company provides:
- All required fall protection equipment
- CLC hotel card for payment of rooms—no requirement to share a room
- $50.00 per day for meals while traveling (reimbursed via paycheck; not advanced)
- Tool and boot allowance (annual)
- Bonus referral program—$200 at hiring, $300 after 6 months

Responsibilities- Manage and train field personnel to perform tower‑related job duties
- Complete close‑out documentation for each job
- Adhere to all federal, state, and local driving requirements
- Ensure compliance with company policies, OSHA, and other legal regulatory requirements
- Meticulously follow safety procedures while maintaining quality standards
- Maintain the company vehicle in a clean, presentable condition
- Support extensive travel, including 2–3 week deployments and overnight stays
- Valid driver’s license
- Strong analytical and computer skills
- Strong technical, written, and oral communication skills
- Physical ability to climb towers over 500 feet and lift 50+ lbs
- Comfortable working outdoors in all weather conditions
- Some ability to read and interpret sketches and blueprints
- Ability to travel extensively out of state, including weekends and overnight stays (95% mandatory)
- Must be coverable by company auto insurance plan (good driving record with no DUI or recent suspensions)
