HSE Advisor Job Description
Location:
France / Belgium
We are currently seeking a highly skilled and experienced HSE Advisor. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations, as well as implementing best practices to promote a safe working environment for all employees.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and implement HSE policies and procedures
- Conduct risk assessments and audits to identify potential hazards
- Provide training and support to employees on HSE matters
- Investigate incidents and near misses to prevent future occurrences
- Collaborate with management to continuously improve HSE performance
Skills and Experience:
- Proven experience as an HSE Advisor in a similar role
- Strong knowledge of health, safety, and environmental regulations
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Relevant HSE qualifications and certifications
