General Manager

Location: Oak Creek, WI (Client only wants LOCAL candidates)

Our client is looking for a General Manager to take the lead in their custom robotics and automation division

• Lead the business across engineering, production, sales, and customer support.
• Drive growth with smart strategy, strong customer relationships, and execution excellence.
• Mentor and develop a team culture built on accountability, innovation, and continuous improvement.
• Manage resources, capacity, and P&L to keep the business efficient and profitable.
• Represent the company at trade shows and key customer visits (limited travel).

• Bachelor’s in Engineering (any discipline).
• 4+ years of leadership and people-management experience.
• 4+ years of hands-on experience with custom automation projects and robot integration.
• Proven success leading cross-functional technical teams and delivering results.
• Local to Oak Creek, WI (no relocation provided).
• U.S. Citizen or Green Card holder.

Schedule: Standard business hours, onsite only position, not hybrid or remote
