- Assist with due diligence tasks such as collecting survey data, reviewing environmental reports, and tracking permitting requirements.
- Compile market data on land pricing, tax incentives, and regional development trends.
- Prepare comparison summaries and basic financial models for candidate sites.
- Support communication with landowners, brokers, municipalities, and the internal real estate team.
- Gather and review utility information such as available electrical high‑voltage capacity, substation locations, and transmission line proximity.
- Assist engineers in evaluating power reliability, redundancy, and interconnection feasibility.
- Help interpret one‑line diagrams, utility maps, and basic electrical engineering documents.
- Track utility timelines, cost estimates, studies, and technical requirements.
- Support documentation for high‑voltage equipment, substations, and on‑site power systems.
- Collect data on fiber routes, carrier availability, and network connectivity.
- Assist with evaluating cooling, water availability, and sustainability considerations for potential sites.
- Help maintain internal databases and tools used for site evaluation.
- Prepare presentations and reports summarizing findings for leadership.
- Work with senior team members across engineering, real estate, construction, and sustainability.
- Participate in meetings with utilities and local agencies as a supporting contributor.
- Help coordinate information flow between internal stakeholders.
