Senior Electrical Engineer – Milwaukee Area

We are partnering with a highly respected, long-established MEP consulting firm in the Milwaukee market to find an experienced Senior Electrical Engineer
. This is an opportunity to join a stable, people-first organization known for long client relationships, low staff turnover, and a practical, buildable approach to engineering.

What You’ll Be Doing
  • Provide high-level electrical design expertise, including system-level requirements analysis and documentation
  • Lead and participate in design reviews, coordination meetings, and internal QA/QC processes
  • Take a lead role in the design of electrical systems for a wide variety of building types
  • Develop construction documents for power, lighting, and low-voltage systems
  • Review drawings and specifications for code compliance, constructability, accuracy, and cost effectiveness
  • Prepare project-specific technical specifications
  • Attend project meetings and conduct site visits as required

    Act as a key point of contact for clients, helping to grow and maintain long-term relationships
  • Mentor and guide junior engineers and designers to ensure well-coordinated, high-quality deliverables
Who We’re Looking For
  • Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering
  • 10+ years of relevant electrical design experience
  • Professional Engineer (PE) license –
    Wisconsin registration required
  • Proficiency in Revit, AutoCAD, and Microsoft Office Suite
  • Experience leading small project teams and improving design standards and workflows
  • Ability to communicate technical concepts clearly to clients and project stakeholders
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills
  • Engagement in client or industry activities with an interest in long-term relationship building
