Your Responsibilities

What You Bring to the Role
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
  • Professional

    Experience:

    6-8+ years in software engineering and technology leadership roles.
  • Technical Depth: 4-5+ years of hands-on experience with modern engineering practices, including cloud technologies and API design.
  • Leadership

    Experience:

    2-5+ years managing engineering teams with a focus on developing future leaders.
  • Proven Track Record: History of delivering significant technology solutions that create measurable value.
  • Agile Expertise: Deep experience in agile methodologies, adapting practices to fit team needs.
  • Domain Knowledge: Understanding of financial services and wealth management.
  • Communication Excellence: Ability to convey complex technical concepts to diverse audiences.
  • Bridge Builder: Capability to foster alignment between product, engineering, and business perspectives.
