Architect Overview
We are seeking a motivated Architect who is eager to grow professionally while contributing to the successful delivery of construction and design projects. In this role, you will work closely with the Senior Architect and Project Manager, gaining hands‑on experience across architectural design, project coordination, and construction oversight. This position offers exposure to both the technical and managerial sides of the practice, making it an excellent opportunity for emerging professionals.
Responsibilities- Assist in delivering construction projects on schedule and within budget, supporting key project milestones and deliverables.
- Collaborate with the Senior Architect and Project Manager on day‑to‑day project management and coordination tasks.
- Produce architectural drawings, details, and documentation using Revit and AutoCAD.
- Support the implementation of design modifications, contributing to change order preparation and project documentation updates.
- Participate in project engineering and construction management tasks, including site observations and reviewing contractor submittals.
- Assist with integrating civil engineering components into overall project designs.
- Proficiency in Revit and AutoCAD for drafting, modeling, and production work.
- Strong understanding of architectural detailing, constructability, and drawing standards.
- Knowledge of project management workflows within architecture and construction.
- Foundational understanding of civil engineering principles and how they relate to building design.
- Bachelor’s degree in Architecture
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a small‑team environment and take initiative.
This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Milwaukee, WI.
Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $32.45 - $32.45/hr.
