What you will do
The Project Leader CMRF will lead the end-to-end planning, development, and commissioning of a critical minerals recycling facility, ensuring alignment with business objectives, quality standards, regulatory requirements, and budget/timeline targets.
How you will do itThe leader will develop detailed project plans, manage project teams, and ensure compliance with company policies and procedures throughout the project lifecycle. This leader will drive the successful launch of the facility, including site readiness, equipment installation, organizational structure, and ramp to full production. This position is critical in driving continuous improvement and achieving strategic objectives for the organization.

- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Operations or a related field. A Master's degree can be an added advantage.
- At least 10 years of experience in project management or a related field within a manufacturing environment. Ideally in greenfield manufacturing or large-scale industrial construction.
- Proven success leading multi-site or multi-phase projects from concept through commissioning
- Familiarity with regulatory compliance, environmental permitting and safety standards.
- Strong understanding of project management principles and practices, including Agile, Lean, and Six Sigma methodologies. Project management certification preferred.
- Proven ability to lead initiatives, manage projects, and work as part of a project team.
- Willingness to travel up to 25%.
