Key Qualifications- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or related field, or equivalent work experience.
- Over 3 years of hands‑on experience in control systems, including expertise in PLC, HMI, and robot programming.
- Proficient with Siemens or Allen Bradley PLCs and familiar with a variety of industrial control devices.
- Solid understanding of machine safety, industrial network infrastructures, and integration.
- Ability to design, test, and troubleshoot PLC and HMI systems.
- Strong teamwork and communication skills, with the capacity to lead projects and cultivate partnerships with clients and colleagues.
- Willing to travel up to 25%, including internationally, as projects require.
- Experienced in diagnosing equipment issues and recommending solutions for manufacturing improvements.
