Responsible for implantation of custom foam mold machine and custom box cutting machine into packaging operation of annual demand of ~50,000 pieces and ~500 unique
packages.

Activities will include but are not limited to equipment IQOQPQ, equipment programming
with equipment manufacturers, developing work instructions, last work area
re-layout with new process.

Coordinating packaging re-validation with engineering (quality signoff), operations (obtaining and testing inventory), and the manufacturer (on updated packaging design).

Implement LEAN and 5S practices and methodologies into process setup and design.

Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, or Mechanical Engineering 4-year degree
with 3.0 GPA or 1+ years manufacturing engineering environment experience.
