25 01828    Based in Milwaukee and reporting to the VP EHS, the EHS Specialist will play a key role across the organization in achieving the company’s EHS goals, with the focus on improving EHS management systems, reporting and regulatory  this role, they will work with a diverse team across our global manufacturing footprint in the execution of our EHS strategy. They will be responsible for maintaining EHS information management systems, global applications and compliance tools.
** Key Responsibilities
*** Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement processes and technologies that support the organization’s strategy, goals, and targets
* Administer the EHS information management system and lead improvement initiatives
* Oversee global site reporting requirements, report metrics and summarize trend analysis
* Develop and implement training programs
* Train associates on EHS management system elements and reporting applications
* Create EHS standards, procedures and related documents
* Conduct periodic systems and regulatory audits at manufacturing locations
* Respond to customer EHS requests and surveys
** Professional Experiences/Qualifications
*** Bachelor’s degree in EHS or related fields
* 2-5 years of progressive experience in an EHS corporate or manufacturing site role
* Must be a persistent self-starter who can work effectively and lead others with minimum oversight
* Incumbent must be able to work effectively with all levels the organization and with individuals outside of the company.
* Proficiency in the use of computers with knowledge of MS office products including Outlook, Word, PowerPoint and Excel.
* Ability to coordinate multiple projects
* Strong knowledge of safety and environmental regulations and consensus standards (OSHA, EPA, DOT, NIOSH, ANSI, NFPA),
