We are seeking an experienced Engineering Manager with strong Manufacturing Test Engineering depth who can elevate production performance and bring fresh ideas to modernize how we operate.
This is a hands-on leadership role focused on execution, innovation, and measurable impact.

- Test Engineering (production test systems & validation)
- Maintenance & Equipment Engineering
- Lead and develop cross-functional engineering teams
- Enhance production test systems, fixtures, and validation processes
- Drive yield improvement, root cause analysis, and defect reduction
- Improve process capability, throughput, and operational efficiency
- Identify and implement innovative improvements in test strategy, equipment utilization, and manufacturing processes
- Oversee equipment reliability and preventive maintenance strategies
- Ensure successful NPI transitions into scalable production
- Partner closely with Production, Quality, and Supply Chain
- 5+ years of engineering leadership experience
- Demonstrated experience in Manufacturing Test Engineering within a structured production environment
- Experience supporting high-mix or complex manufacturing operations
- Proven track record of introducing process improvements or operational innovations
- Lean manufacturing / continuous improvement expertise
- Data-driven, solution-oriented leader
- Comfortable challenging the status quo and driving measurable change
