Job Responsibilities
  • Program and optimize industrial robots and PLCs to support production needs.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve automation‑related equipment issues alongside maintenance staff.
  • Lead and support continuous improvement projects to increase automation efficiency and uptime.
  • Design or modify mechanical and control systems for new or existing equipment.
  • Collaborate with cross‑functional teams (maintenance, production, engineering) to implement automation upgrades and maintenance programs.
  • Support installation and commissioning of new automated systems.
  • Create and maintain documentation for equipment, programs, and procedures.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Automation Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Chemical Engineering, or related field.
  • 3+ years of hands‑on experience with PLC programming (Allen‑Bradley).
  • 3+ years of experience in industrial automation or mechanical engineering.
