Controls Engineer | Leading Automation Company
Salary: $120,000 - $135,000 per year

- Program and optimize industrial robots and PLCs to support production needs.
- Troubleshoot and resolve automation‑related equipment issues alongside maintenance staff.
- Lead and support continuous improvement projects to increase automation efficiency and uptime.
- Design or modify mechanical and control systems for new or existing equipment.
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams (maintenance, production, engineering) to implement automation upgrades and maintenance programs.
- Support installation and commissioning of new automated systems.
- Create and maintain documentation for equipment, programs, and procedures.
- Bachelor's degree in Automation Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Chemical Engineering, or related field.
- 3+ years of hands‑on experience with PLC programming (Allen‑Bradley).
- 3+ years of experience in industrial automation or mechanical engineering.
