Manufacturing Coordinator

Duties include but are not limited to:

• Reviewing purchase orders to ensure contractual requirements are clear.
• Creating and maintaining detailed program schedules.
• Schedule and manage weekly Production Meetings.
• Keeping customers informed with status updates.
• Coordinate Order Acceptance with Sales, Engineering and Operations.
• Participate in Engineering Design Reviews to ensure outputs meet customer expectations.
• Monitoring the status of machine assembly to ensure no deviation from the plan.
• Track costs to alert management when it looks like a job is going to go over budget.
• Accurately documenting customer-requested changes in writing.
• Work with the Product Manager to capture changes to cost, schedule, and mechanical/electrical design elements.
• Inspect equipment on the shop floor to ensure readiness for customer runoff.
• Coordinating professional runoffs with a clear agenda demonstrating that the equipment reliably performs as promised in the proposal.
• Work with the Systems Programmer and Executive Director of Operations to develop new workflows and systematized procedures.

• 5 years of experience working in industrial manufacturing or engineering environment.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
• Background in engineering
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to be resourceful and proactive when issues arise
• Having a mechanical aptitude is a plus
• Excellent organizational skills
• Multitasking and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks
• Customer service focused
