Position: Process Engineering Manager - 252483

We are seeking a hands‑on, results‑driven Process Engineer to support our manufacturing operations. This role partners closely with plant leadership, manufacturing teams, and project stakeholders to implement new processes, support production launches, and drive variation reduction initiatives. This is an excellent opportunity for a technically strong professional who thrives in a fast‑paced, collaborative environment and enjoys working directly on the production floor.

Responsibilities
  • Develop, optimize, and maintain molding processes for both new and existing products
  • Ensure new products are production‑ready prior to release, including early input into tooling design and process development
  • Lead and support process validation activities, including IQ, OQ, and ownership of PQ
  • Apply scientific molding principles to establish robust, repeatable processes
  • Design and execute experiments (DOE) to identify key process parameters and optimize performance
  • Troubleshoot process issues and implement corrective actions to improve quality and efficiency
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives focused on variation reduction and process stability
  • Collaborate cross‑functionally with engineering, quality, and production teams
  • Train and develop production staff on standard work, troubleshooting, and problem‑solving techniques
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Plastics Engineering, Engineering, Polymer Science, or related technical field
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in a molding environment
  • Strong experience applying scientific molding principles
  • Proven experience with process development and validation (IQ/OQ/PQ)
  • Ability to design experiments, analyze data, and document process changes
  • Hands‑on experience troubleshooting and optimizing molding processes
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to train and support production teams
