Position: System Validation Engineer (BMS)

We are seeking a skilled System Validation Engineer with strong experience in Battery Management Systems (BMS). The ideal candidate will be responsible for validating system‑level performance through comprehensive testing across hardware, software, electrical, and environmental domains. This role requires hands‑on experience with industry‑standard tools and test equipment, along with strong analytical and data evaluation skills.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform system validation and verification activities for BMS systems.
  • Design, develop, and execute test plans, test cases, and validation procedures
    .
  • Conduct hardware, software, electrical, and environmental testing
    .
  • Utilize tools such as LabVIEW, MATLAB, CANalyzer, and CANape for testing and analysis.
  • Work with testing equipment and tools including AVL Lynx and Visual CAN for data acquisition and evaluation.
  • Analyze test data, identify issues, and provide detailed reports with recommendations.
  • Collaborate with cross‑functional teams including design, development, and integration teams.
  • Support troubleshooting, root cause analysis, and validation of fixes.
  • Ensure compliance with automotive standards and validation processes.
Required Skills & Experience
  • Strong experience in System Validation of Battery Management Systems (BMS).
  • Hands‑on experience with:
  • LabVIEW
  • MATLAB
  • CANape
  • Experience in HW/SW integration testing
    .
  • Knowledge of electrical and environmental testing methodologies
    .
  • Familiarity with testing tools such as AVL Lynx and Visual CAN
    .
  • Strong problem‑solving and analytical skills.
  • Ability to interpret and evaluate complex test data.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s Degree in:
  • Electrical Engineering
  • Mechanical Engineering
  • Software Engineering
  • Or a related field
Preferred Qualifications (Nice to Have)
  • Experience in the automotive domain
    , especially with electrification systems.
  • Exposure to CAN communication protocols
    .
  • Familiarity with validation standards and regulatory requirements.
