What You'll Do:
As a Senior Controls Engineer, you will play a vital role in designing, developing, and implementing control systems to automate machinery and processes. Your expertise will help improve performance and reliability across our organization's equipment. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, manufacturing, and assembly, to understand project requirements and develop control strategies. Your responsibilities will include programming PLCs and HMIs, conducting testing and commissioning, troubleshooting control systems, mentoring junior engineers, and staying current with emerging control system technologies.

Qualifications You Have:
  • Bachelor's Degree in Electrical and Controls Engineering or a related field
  • 5+ years of experience in control systems engineering, preferably in an industrial or manufacturing environment
  • Proficiency in PLC programming (Allen-Bradley, Siemens, or similar) and HMI development
  • Strong understanding of control system theory, including PID and motion control
  • Experience with industrial communication protocols such as Ethernet/IP, Modbus, Profibus
  • Hands-on experience with hardware/software integration and troubleshooting
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills
  • Ability to travel up to 25% domestically within the US and Canada
