Civil Engineer

Job Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Civil Engineer to join our innovative engineering team. In this role, you will be instrumental in designing, planning, and managing a wide range of infrastructure projects, ensuring they meet technical standards, safety regulations, and client expectations. Responsibilities

This individual must have working knowledge and a strong understanding of the design process, including, but not limited to the following areas:

• Site Engineering
• Utility Design
• Storm Water Management (hydrology/hydraulics, pond modeling)
• Grading plans, drainage
• Strong Civil 3D Skills
• Permitting and Regulatory Coordination
• Business Development and/or Project Management experience considered a plus

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field; PE (Professional Engineer) license preferred.
• 5+ years experience
• Proficient in AutoCAD/Civil 3D, Micro Station, HEC-RAS, Hydrographs/Hydra flow, tr-55
• Experience with Microsoft Office and Bluebeam.
• Candidates with Professional Engineering registration in WI are preferred.
• Excellent communication skills for technical writing and collaboration across teams.
